It alleviates a huge amount of stress for our family and my sister absolutely loves going! They provide high quality service for people with special needs. The staff are kind, understanding, and committed - and always try their best despite the challenges that can come with this kind of work. My experience with Circle of Hope as our NDIS plan manager has been extremely disappointing. Since they became our plan manager, we have not received any actual services from them. In our experience, they simply claimed the plan management fees from our NDIS funding while providing little to no value in return. Whenever we asked for assistance or requested services, everything took an unreasonable amount of time. We spent nearly a year trying to get support, but the delays continued and we felt ignored throughout the process. I would not recommend Circle of Hope to anyone looking for a reliable NDIS plan manager. We expected guidance, communication, and support, but unfortunately that was not our experience. Based on our personal experience, I consider Circle of the hope a total SCAM.!
