An amazing little place to stop to eat in Little Italy! While we did come at an odd time around 3 pm, I have to say the service was incredibly quick. Our appetizers came out right away after placing out order, the mozzarella sticks were absolutely amazing! I had the ravioli marinara and there was little wait to receive that as well. The sauce was perfect and the ravioli themselves came out great too! Theres also a nice painted mural on the walls of the resturant! Overall just a great place!

Overall, we really enjoyed our visit to Puglia. It was surreal and very cool to be eating in a restaurant that opened in 1919 and the fact that we were in NYC's "Little Italy" made it even better. The food was excellent. Our server was great (we were a party of 8, but she took very good care of us). We tried a bottle of the house white wine, and it was quite good (especially for the price...$16.50 for the whole bottle). There was live entertainment (2 singers). They were fine, but very loud. Honestly, we were glad when they took their break. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working when were were there, and this was early July, so we were pretty uncomfortable. They had some fans going inside the dining room, but that helped only a little. All of that aside, we would definitely come here again. The food and service make a return visit totally worth it.
I just had my birthday dinner there a couple night ago and it was THE BEST EXPERIENCE I’ve had in this city in a while. The food was incredible, the staff was so friendly and the entertainment was so much fun!!!! We did the prefix menu and it was worth EVERY penny. I believe our waitresses name was Adriana (but if I’m wrong you can blame the delicious bottomless wine) she was an absolute sweetheart and took great care of us!
