Thank you Slims for helping my son get his first car!🚗 They filled the tank with gas and made sure all the tires were good and full of air.

Very clean and modern. I submitted a short online form saying I was interested in a vehicle. A guy called me to schedule a time to come in and see the vehicle. I came in that evening and the vehicle was not even at that location, it was in storage somewhere. It made me feel like bait-and-switch. Like we wasted our time. But the manager Mike assured me that the Subaru could be brought to that location for viewing. We will update this later if we get to see the vehicle, and how it goes.

I spent 3 days in a row at this dealership and fingers crossed I never have to return. My experience started fine, Earl was fantastic and super helpful. If not for him, I would have walked out immediately. When i returned to drop a deposit, I was transferred to a different “sales” man whose name no one could seem to remember and he hardly said a word to me. Instead of accepting my deposit as discussed they insisted i sign everything immediately. I declined and they still requested documents such as pay stubs. I asked if that is necessary for a deposit and they said no but they were going to bring me the paperwork to sign. They brought numbers that made no sense and when i told him i won’t accept them, he said it’s close enough and requested i sign anyway. Once we finally came to an agreement, I signed and returned the next day to pick up my vehicle. When i arrived, the gas tank was on empty and i requested that they fill it before i finish the purchase to which they agreed. Somehow, the only people that can get anything done are always “on a lunch break”. I left and returned an hour later only to be informed that whoever had the gas card was in fact not out to lunch but had left for the day but i could come back another day and they will fill it up for me. My vehicle is also in valet mode due to a previous owner being signed in and no one here could fix this prior to the sale. I could not spend another second in this building so left with an empty gas tank and no access to music, navigation, trunk, etc. Overall, this experience was nothing short of a nightmare and I highly recommend going anywhere else. Car is cute tho.
