The first time I went to the clinic will be the last due to the receptionist's incompetence and disorganization. I wanted to pay after my session, and she, without any intention of doing so, was talking to other patients instead of doing her job properly. When I asked for a complaint form, she refused to give it to me, laughing at me and being disrespectful. She is rude, and I feel sorry for the physiotherapist, but I honestly don't think that woman is suited to receive people in pain, much less dismiss them.
