Loved it! The place is so beautiful! Everything was great! The atmosphere is amazing, we accidentally went on a singles night and it was a blast! Music was great, a dj with a live saxophone and a drummer, was so good! The food was great! Kept coming to the table. The dishes were tasty and looked great! Drinks was nice, took long time to get, but eventually got everything we ordered
We booked for the Sunday brunch via OpenTable but were informed when we got there that they no longer do it and the “booking shouldn’t have been taken”. This was unhelpful and misleading given I was contacted multiple times before the reservation to confirm the booking and also not to be late. The food is mediocre which was disappointing given the CLAP restaurant in Dubai is outstanding. On the plus side, our waiter was attentive and personable. We were offered complimentary desserts. There are much better Japanese restaurants in London.
We have been to Clap twice now and both times have been fabulous. Great atmosphere, food and service. The outdoor terrace and bar on 7th floor is unique. Special thanks to Chintal who always makes our experience great! We look forward to our next booking soon.
