I've used this service twice and have been extremely happy with the results! Rafael is very friendly and professional. I had a hard time finding someone that could clean my couch since it's only supposed to be dry cleaned. He handles my white couch with care and makes it look brand new. Rafael was fantastic he went an extra mile+. I thought the area that our cat urinated was much smaller but he found more spots where it not only urinated but also vomited and he got those too. Not only that he lifted the carpeting and got the carpet padding and backing of the carpet, then stretched and retacked the carpet like he never even did it. I will never use another carpet cleaner again, on top of that he’s a great guy, explained everything throughout the process. And on top of it all out of 11 companies i called his quote was the cheapest and none of them offered the lifting of the carpeting and getting under it, instead they said I could have a carpet guy come do that. I highly recommend him, can’t recommend him enough in fact. Thankyou Rafael!
