ComforsycoPROVerified business?

Feel they may have stopped trading. Never have I received a piece of mail since buying this service last year and I've emailed three times to various email addresses and had no replies. It looks like reviews are still being replied to so hopefully this is the way to reach them! Edit; I've emailed the new email to see if this works. Thanks for the reply. For reference, I have Been emailing customerservice email address, which still receives an auto reply "thankyou for your email" so one would expect that to be a functional inbox.

1st Time using such a service. It was delayed by a day or two for me to have the service due to their technical matter. When I called them, the lady explained me the situation. I just patiently waited. Then I got what I paid for. It wasn't a bad experience at all. I don't know whats this fuzz about on the reviews.

Several bits of mail I expected have not turned up at Ghostmail. Extremely difficult to get in contact with them and no straight answer given. Basically think they aren't trading any more. They can't cope with something as basic as opening an envelope and scanning it.
