I am doing physical therapy for last four weeks. My instructor is Gregory Keen at West Chase office. He is very knowledgeable and gives 110% for your wellbeing. He is very calm & cool and makes you work hard. Competitive Edge physical therapy gives full one hour therapy with one on one training. This place in my opinion is the best in the Tampa Bay Area.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Brittany Snowden at Competitive Edge Physical Therapy (CEP), Westchase location. After suffering a severe injury that affected both arms from my shoulders to my hands, I spent four years seeing numerous specialists, orthopedic physicians, and physical therapists with little to no lasting improvement. My injury was even described as an “enigma” by highly respected orthopedic doctors. Everything changed when I began treatment at Competitive Edge Physical Therapy with Dr. Brittany Snowden. She took the time to **truly listen, thoroughly assess and reassess, and approach my case differently. She was able to uncover the root cause of my injury when no one else could. Today, I have full use of my arms and shoulders, and that outcome has been absolutely life changing.** Before being treated by Dr. Snowden, I could not lift my grandson without experiencing pain for the rest of the week. Now, I can lift him, play with him, and enjoy those moments without fear. There is nothing more meaningful to me than that. Thank you, Brittany! CEP also utilizes advanced tools, including the Winback machine, along with other effective modalities that support healing from both acute and chronic injuries. The culture at this clinic is exceptional. From Julie at the front desk to the entire clinical team, everyone works together seamlessly, making every visit a pleasant and supportive experience. I am incredibly thankful that I found Dr. Brittany Snowden. I drive nearly an hour each way to receive care here and will continue to do so should I experience flare-ups. I highly recommend Competitive Edge Physical Therapy to anyone seeking knowledgeable, compassionate, and results-driven care.
We absolutely love Brittany Snowden & the staff at CEP-Westchase. My 15 yr old daughter, Vivian, tore her ACL in a lacrosse game and underwent ACL reconstruction surgery recently. Prior to surgery, Brittany prepared Viv to be strong and flexible in order to achieve the best post-op results. We are one week post-op and Brittany has been so much more than a PT. She truly cares about Viv, emotionally & physically. I’ve never witnessed a PT asking their patient “how are you doing emotionally?” Viv is responding so well to Brittany because she feels how invested she is in the process. Prior to CEP, Viv was working w another PT in Westchase and the difference is night & day. We decided to seek alternative PT solutions because Viv plans to return to lacrosse next summer & play at the same elite level. She hopes to play in college. Key differences we’ve observed: a) one PT to one patient ratio at CEP vs one PT to two patient ratio elsewhere b) seeing the patient as a total person and really getting to know them at CEP vs being 1 of 100 daily patients elsewhere. Not focused on building strong connections. c) advanced care specific to an elite athlete at CEP vs standard of care for the average patient elsewhere. I plan to write another review as we progress with her rehab but thought it important to post asap for other parents of athletes seeking the best possible therapy solution for their kids.
