It is my OPINION that Concrete Makeovers can not be trusted to do do quality or safe work. Additionally it is my OPINION that they do not stand by their work. When I initially met with Alessio to discuss the work that I wanted I SPECIFICALLY told him the deck was pitched to allow for water to run off. A couple of days after the work was completed we had a rain storm. When I got up in the morning the photos show all of the water that had pooled and collected on the deck. This creates a safety hazard in general. I should not have to sweep, squeegee water off the deck. If I don't then water is tracked into the house causing a mess. MORE IMPORTANTLY as the photos show the water turns to ice. Please look at ALL the photos and the text messages where Alessio stated the original deck by the door can be seen to be elevated indicating a pitch. This is what I told him to begin with. His workers clearly ground off to much in multiple places as the photos show which has caused to water to pool and collect. Alessio has refused any responsibility in creating this safety issue at my home. He has ghosted me. I now had several estimates from masonry contractors who gave me the same information. New concrete can't be poured over this. It will not adhere. It will then change the hight of going from the steps onto the deck. To pour another 4 inches would then not allow my doors to open. The entire deck had to be jack hammered off, new rebar installed and new concrete poured and pitched correctly. This was a big expense. Alessio accepts no responsibility. IT IS MY OPINION THAT YOU SHOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN/COMPANY. HE DOES NOT CORRECT HIS ERRORS AND LEAVES PEOPLE IN HARMS WAY FOR SERIOUS INJURIES SHOULD SOMEONE SLIP AND FALL. Google requires that a "star" rating be given however,this company gets sub zero starts from me.

Alessio was just wonderful to work with. He is professional, knowledgeable and wants his customer to be satisfied. His crew were also professional, polite and want to please the customer. You can see the before photo where my deck was filled with "pock" marks. Dirt would settle in it and looked unsightly. Now look at the beautiful deck I have thanks to Concrete Management with Alessio and his crew.

I was extremely happy with the work of this company. Jimmy, the owner, was responsive, friendly and upfront. His staff, amazing. Super polite and hard working. The work was done on time and it came out beautiful. We did a self leveling pour over our existing concrete, grinded it, and then sealed it. Came out perfect. Call this company and hire them for your concrete floor needs in New Jersey.
