She really takes the time to listen and makes me feel comfortable at every visit. I love that they offer more than just adjustments — the postural assessments, therapeutic massage, and personalized care have made a huge difference for me. I had a very disappointing and painful experience with this clinic. I went in only for an X-ray and a one-hour massage, not an adjustment. I specifically requested focused work on my hips and S1 area due to ongoing pain and a known lateral pelvic tilt. While the massage therapist was personable, he clearly did not understand how to properly address my condition. Despite explaining exactly where I needed attention, the massage followed a generic pattern—working the back into the upper glute, skipping the problem area, then moving into the legs. This not only failed to help but significantly worsened my pain. By the time I left, I was in severe pain—far worse than when I came in. I was crying on the drive home and could barely use my right leg to drive. Subsequent imaging confirmed issues at L5, with pain radiating down into my feet at extreme levels (13/10). When I went to a pain specialist, they attempted to order an MRI but needed prior imaging. I contacted this clinic three times to have my X-ray sent over. Despite assurances, my doctor never received it. Each call I made was met with annoyance, and I was treated like an inconvenience rather than a patient in urgent need. I was on a tight timeline with only 10 days left in Texas and desperately needed that MRI before I left. Instead, I lost an entire week waiting for this office to send basic imaging, which still hasn't been completed. For a clinic that works with patients in chronic pain, the lack of urgency, follow-through, and basic empathy was unacceptable. I would not recommend this place, especially if you have a complex condition requiring attentive, informed care.
