yesterday we installed this fantastic product called coolpex humidifier unit. Great product perfectly designed for Gulf region. Customer service is great coolpex team in general one of the best service providers i have delt with. From customer care executives Ms Frida Banu to Mr Kiran jesudas manager business continuity he did demo presentation which was really informative and made strong impact in securing the product. Technical team Mr Sunil kumar executed the process of installation flawlessly. I highly recommend this product as it functions with same existing coolpex water filtration unit.
Using it since 7 years. Call center efficiency is superb; they track the maintenance schedule so I don't have to. The best part is all repairs and spares are entirely free, which is why I always renew my contract every 2 years.
