We have had nothing but great experiences with Copiers Etcetera. The sales staff in the office are very pleasant to work with. The technician that has come to help us, Bryce, is fantastic! He has been so patient and fixes any issues we've had promptly. I highly recommend this company.
I have issues every time I order ink/toner from this company. They rarely send the correct cartridges for the printers that I have, nor do they send the quantity I request. They always want to send out a technician to review how to change the the cartridges, I have been changing them for more than 5years now and this is never the issue. It is always an issue with the ink/toner that has been sent, they do not trust that I have exhausted other options before contacting them. I also have difficulty in getting ahold of people about 50% of the time I call. They do not respond to messages left or emails I have sent. The lack of an ability to order products online has only further complicated these issues.
Have been using Copiers Etc since 1991 and they have always been great to work with. Service is excellent.
