These people were a bless to work with, they were very diligent and very over the top; when you call them an ACTUAL PERSON talks to you and very quickly is able to resolve your issue or get you the information you need. But most importantly they were very upfront and honest with the price. No one else in town was able to install my home back up battery system and they went to the lengths of completing a mandatory course from anker needed to install this system, I really can't praise these guys enough, shoutout to Eric who worked hard during a hot summer day to have my system up and running in a single day (mind you they had to rewire the whole panel and install a smart subpanel)

We had a light in the laundry room that began flickering when running the washing machine and dryer and it eventually stopped working, even after changing the bulb. We had some concerns in that room in the past where a leak was found and rain was soaking the wall with the electrical box. So, we called Big Family to come check things out to be safe rather than sorry. Mr. Eric quickly found the issue and fixed the problem. He also made sure no dangerous situation was lurking in the background. He was on time, knowledgeable, and friendly. We've since moved but will call Big Family for any future electrical needs!

Big Family is the ONLY company to call for a/v, internet, WiFi, electrical…just about anything! I believe they can handle it all! They are extremely knowledgeable, courteous, thorough, and their work is very neat and tidy. They can even clean up someone else’s mess and not complain about it. That’s a big plus in my book! They’re very hard-working and won’t stop until they find the answer to your problem. Big Family are genuinely nice people and a delight to work with.
