It's a budget hotel alright but expect the hotel to improve on few aspects for the price we pay. Cleanliness - average: Small cockroaches moving around in room Mirror, soap holder etc broken in bathroom Lift not working for 3rd floor, only works till 2nd floor If 2 people are staying, they should provide at least 1 litre water bottle or provide RO water in the room. Hot water for shower was usually lukewarm and not hot as expected. The price is not very cheap for a budget hotel, so provide value for money.
