Had our lounge furniture delivered this morning. Bob and Gordon kept us informed of their progress to us and installed the furniture just where we wanted it. The furniture was the bespoke range. Well worth considering and was made exactly as we requested thanks to Amanda at the store.
Taken delivery of our furniture today and must give a shout out and big thank you to Bob and Gordon for providing an excellent delivery service. Very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to help with siting the furniture, assisting us with putting felt pads on the feet of the sofa and taking all the packaging and some extra cardboard away. Much appreciated thank you. Thank you also to David Sherriff for his patience and help in store whilst we deliberated over our decision on what to buy. Very pleased with our choice and the quality is excellent. Delivery time from ordering was also quicker than estimated which was fantastic. Thank you once again to a great team. Highly recommend you buy from here.
We visited the store last Friday (8th May 2026) following a recommendation from a friend, looking for a new mattress. We had plenty of time to view the wide range on offer before seeking advice from David who was very helpful and knowledgeable, particularly regarding the Harrison Spink range. We were impressed with the brands environmental credentials. We were fairly convinced but wanted to check other outlets. We returned to the store this Thursday (14th May) and were assisted by Hayley who was similarly knowledgeable and friendly. After a few minutes trying the product, Hayley advised us on a choice of mattress protector and helped us complete the sales paperwork.
