The rooms are good sized, comfortable bed and pillows, great water pressure for the shower (this is atypical in California). Service team is friendly. Good location.

This should be a 5-star hotel but currently has 4-star basic details: PROS: Great food, amenities, extra facilities, service, staff. Clean & spacious. Great spacious inviting lobby. CONS: No free coffee available in lobby; paid coffee only limited hours in lobby. No free breakfast. No free parking. No access to microwave, in room or lobby, to warm up food or coffee. MAKEUP MIRROR IN BATHROOM IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. It is backlit, so you can lean to the edge to get a bit more light--but still not full light. Very challenging to put on makeup and do hair. I WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN.

Rooms are decent, simple and clean. However, the service from here is horrible.. the night shift clerk at the front desk especially is horrible.. I never got his name but he’s an older fellow. That man either hates his job or hates helping others. He looks to do the absolute minimum..he lied to us that they were out of toothpaste only to find out from the morning clerk that it was there all along. That same morning I requested room house keeping (seeing that we were staying there for two nights at a 2 bed room for my wife and kids), only to find the room with the same old towels from the night before. The area of the hotel is convenient and decently priced for the room you receive, however the service and attention to detail you get from the front receptionists suck and for that reason I couldn’t recommend this hotel especially if you’re staying over one night. We are Marriot Rewards members and service wise this has to be the worst location.
