My husband and I both work in the construction industry, so we understand how important it is to hire the right contractor the first time. Unfortunately, our area is full of contractors who take your money and never finish the job, but we never once worried that would happen with CR3. From start to finish, the process was incredibly easy. Bill was communicative, professional, and always available to answer our questions. He kept us updated throughout the project and made sure we knew what to expect every step of the way. We were especially impressed by the crew's work ethic and efficiency. They worked at an impressive pace while maintaining quality, were respectful of our neighbors, and even stayed later than expected to ensure our project was completed on time. Throughout the project, we were able to walk around the house daily and point out any areas we felt needed attention or improvement. Bill was always receptive to our feedback, understood our concerns, and communicated them to his team so any corrections were addressed promptly and professionally. We replaced our 30-year-old butter-yellow Hardie siding with beautiful, crisp white vinyl siding and added new shutters that perfectly complement our existing green roof. They also replaced our dated round columns with modern square columns, giving our home the much-needed facelift it deserved. The transformation exceeded our expectations, and our home looks brand new. I was unable to do a six start review, but would have. The crew that was on site was amazing and as you can see from the photos, did excellent. My customer service Liason, Bill, was super communicative and kept me in the loop from when we did the initial quote all the way through completion. Number one thing I want to call out about CR3, when removing the old siding it was found that my house still had good wood underneath and I was approached that keeping the current wood, minus spots that needed replaced, was better and would save money. Myself and my family didn’t feel like a “just another job site” we were treated respectfully and I recommend CR3 to anyone!

Trey Marshall and CR3 are outstanding. We went with the new everlasting composite siding sand dune color and absolutely love it. The durability is so impressive and the low maintenance. Just hose it off twice a year. I highly recommend you get in touch with them if you are thinking about siding. My neighbor has hardie board and if you don’t keep up with it. It will literally fall apart. Plenty of options and transparency.
