CR3 AmericanExteriorsPROVerified business?

C3 american exteriors was probably the best experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. This is coming from someone who has built multiple ground up brick and mortar businesses and bought and sold real estate. I got notice from my insurance company that my new home owners policy on a home I just purchased would be terminated in 15 days due to a bad roof. My agent highly recommended C3. I called and they had my roof completely replaced within the 15 day period while beating the other 2 quotes I got. (They actually finished the entire roof before the other 2 companies got me their quotes.) Jad was incredible to work with. He was able to suggest an extremely inexpensive venting system with the new roof that dropped my attic temps from 160 to 120 degrees. The roof looks beautiful. Icing on the cake - they completed the ENTIRE large, complicated roof in ONE day. And it’s beautiful. Jad was incredible and this company was simply incredible to work with.

What sets Jad and this company apart from others is their communication and setting a clear expectations. They replace the majority of the siding on my house. I had very high expectations going into this job because of their clear communications and detailed overview of what would be needed. In reviewing the other quotes their quote was much more detailed. They also use scaffolding which is better because you can do safer work and more detailed work I highly recommend this company for your siding replacement. Great communication throughout the process and most important good results

Jad at CR3 Roofing is awesome to work with. One of the best contractor experience we have had. Super helpful, really knows his stuff, and made the whole process easy. Definitely recommend him!
