We ordered a limo for our kids for prom through another service and all his hummers were booked, so our guy booked this one for us. What a mistake!! The hummer came and had no ac in it. The temp on Sunday was 90 degrees! The temp in the hummer was gross! These kids all had beautiful dresses and suits on, just to sweat to death. Then as they were driving there was a high pitch squealing noise—probably coming from the ac. As they would accelerate it would get louder. It lasted the entire trip. The waters they were given in the hummer were all lukewarm or very warm. Probably due to how warm the limo was. We were sooooo disappointed in this service!! Then the owner didn’t care. He lied to our booking guy about speaking to the driver about the ac. He lied directly to me. I will NEVER use this service again and neither will the 7 other families that paid for kids to have a great prom night! The driver that was assigned to this hummer also had no clue where she was going. She kept asking the kids the addresses of the stops. So unprofessional and unprepared!! We were told the Hummer was a 2008, which would be fine if it were well maintained. But it was not!!!

I booked a Hummer limo through this company for one of my clients’ kids for their high school prom. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. My client contacted me during the trip to let me know the A/C in the back of the limo was not working, and there was also a loud whining noise whenever the driver accelerated. I immediately contacted the company, and the person I spoke with was extremely rude. I was told they would contact the driver and call me back. When they called back, they claimed the driver said everything was working properly. However, when the parents checked the vehicle themselves, the A/C still was not working. To make matters worse, the company provided hot bottles of water, and my client had to go purchase portable fans just to keep the kids comfortable during prom night. I asked the company what they were willing to do to make the situation right, and I was told — word for word — that they would do nothing because “the vehicle showed up.” That response alone says everything about their customer service. The limo showed up with fake rose petals inside that the customer didn’t ask for so therefore the vehicle wasn’t cleaned upon showing up, probably leftover from another booking

We had such a great experience with the party bus for our girls’ concert trip! From start to finish, the communication was excellent, the price was great, and everything went so smoothly. Mr. Leo, our driver, was amazing! He kept us updated throughout the entire trip, letting Mom know each step of the way, from pickup, to arrival at the concert, and all the way until the girls were safely back home. Having that communication and knowing the girls were in good hands gave us a peace of mind! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
