Dallas Plumbing & AirConditioningPROVerified business?

I called Dallas Plumbing & Air Conditioning & they were able to work me in & come out the same day during one of their busiest months in June. They gave me an appointment window of 11-2 & Titus the technician arrived at 1:52. Before he arrived I received a call & a text from the company informing me of who was coming & that he was on the way. Titus was friendly, patient, thorough & professional. He put on shoe covers before entering & informed me how long he had worked as an a/c technician. He didn't take long to diagnose the problem & give me my options. The reason that I gave them 4 stars is because their PRICES seemed high. I didn't use them for the replacement of my compressor because it was under warranty & the technician that installed my Goodman a/c unit in 2023 would replace it waaaay cheaper. Other than that, I would use this company again for a tune-up or basic maintenance.

Dallas Plumbing and AC saves the day, again. This time - Alejandro is our hero, replacing the exterior water spigots. Very professional, ahead of time, great communication and transparent pricing and education. Always kind, always efficient. We’ve partnered for years - HVACs and plumbing - and they never disappoint!

I had a great experience with Dallas Plumbing & Air Conditioning, especially with Jay. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough when fixing a gas leak at my home. He took the time to properly identify the issue, explain what needed to be done, and make sure everything was fixed correctly. I really appreciated Jay’s prompt service, attention to detail, and professionalism throughout the entire process. He made what could have been a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend Jay and Dallas Plumbing & Air Conditioning for anyone looking for reliable, professional, and friendly service!
