Unfortunately, our experience with this company was extremely disappointing. My husband found this company online and booked them to tint both of our vehicles. The convenience of having them come to our home was appealing, but unfortunately, the quality of the work did not come close to what we expected from a professional tinting service. The two employees who came to perform the work appeared to lack the experience and attention to detail necessary to do the job properly. The installation took a very long time, our garage was left messy, our vehicles were dirtied, and the windows were left dirty after the installation. Most importantly, the tint film was not cut or installed precisely, and the overall quality of the work was extremely poor. When my husband contacted the company to express his concerns, we expected them to take the complaint seriously and work toward resolving the issue. Instead, he was met with an attitude that made it seem as though his concerns were being dismissed or that he was somehow making the problems up. That response was just as disappointing as the workmanship itself. We paid for a professional service, and unfortunately, that is not what we received. My husband now has to pay another, more experienced tinting company to redo the work on his vehicle which was worst than mine and correct the problems we already paid this company to handle. We believe to the very least a partial refund is warranted given the condition and quality of the work we received. We are not asking for anything unreasonable, simply for the company to take responsibility for a service that did not meet a reasonable professional standard. I hope the company will reconsider how this situation was handled and make this right. Customers should be able to voice legitimate concerns about work they paid for without being dismissed or treated as though their complaints are invalid.
