I have had an issue with my external hard drive because of a mechanical issue. I had a very old external hard drive that contained my entire childhood history and memories. I was very anxious about loosing all my data, since the latter was very precious to me. I was based in Mannheim when I gave them my HDD for repair, thanks to one of their branches there. I received a diagnosis, and the recovery price within a few days. Since I am a student they were generous enough to give me a discount of 20%. It took them quite some time to recover the data (more than a month!), but it was all worth it at the end. They were able to recover all of my data, and when I received my data back I was very emotional to look back at my childhood once again. I am very grateful for their professionalism and service. All I can say is my experience with GRÜN Data Recovery GmbH was exceptional from start to finish. Thank you so much to Alexander and the team for assisting me in getting back such important memories that I thought might have been lost forever. I contacted GRÜN using the online form and described the symptoms of my external hard drive (I had tried every possible avenue offered by google, YouTube and the HDD supplier to rectify the issue, except for opening the HDD), I received an extensive response of the possible causes of the HDD failure the same day and assurance that they could likely fix it. As I live in Berlin I dropped off the defected HDD directly at the office on Friday evening. The same night I was contacted by email with the diagnosis, the cost and the time it would take to recover the data (amazing). I subsequently received an email to let me know that they were successful in recovering files from my HDD and sent an HTML file which contained the entire folder structure of my HDD (I did a happy dance at this point) and asked to check it for completion. Considering the work they had already done, at this point they ask if you like to pay for their services to go ahead with recovery. (once again exceptional service). Today I picked up data from the office and all I can say is how ecstatic and greatful I am. I can truly say if you have valuable data to recover and perhaps you thought all hope was lost, don't despair the GRÜN team are likely to be the heroes in your data recovery story.
