I had a great experience from start to finish. The booking process was quick, simple, and hassle-free, and the price was excellent compared to other companies I looked at. The driver, Pawel, was friendly, professional, and made the journey very comfortable. The whole service was smooth, reliable, and exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality service. 10/10!
Great service and hassle free. I can't fault this company, very easy to contact and all information sent over. Collection day was also hassle free, great guy picked my car up and was on his way in no time. The money was in my account very quickly too. I would definitely recommend.
I used this company to scrap my car recently, and it was stress-free all the way from accepting the quote online, up to the collection. Communication was great, including setting up the collection date on the phone, to the correspondence over text and email keeping me informed of what to expect. I uploaded my ID in advance, and I received payment on the same day. The quote was higher than other offers I'd received. The man who collected my car (Lukasz) arrived at the agreed time, was kind, friendly, and helpful. It's been a while since I scrapped a car but he guided me through what to do with the V5 and DVLA. In summary, really recommend them. I was anxious about the whole thing but they made it so easy. I recommend for women especially, as I was always kept in the loop and given wonderful customer service throughout.
