DECO Power Lift RMC,Inc.PROVerified business?

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I had a problem with my boat lift and the customer service and solution I received from Richard at Deco Lofts was OUTSTANDING! From my first point of contact Richard was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I felt like I was calling an old friend for help but we’d never met before. He got my issue resolved right away. It was a pleasure doing business with him and I highly recommend that you give Deco Lifts a call if you need help with your lift. Ask for Richard. He will get you taken care of.

Working with Deco Boat Lifts was a fantastic experience. Richard went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly, providing exceptional communication and customer service. Even after the installation was complete, he continued to offer support and answer questions. I couldn't be happier with the service and would highly recommend them.

I've had my 16,000 lbs Deco lift for 10 years now and I use my lift almost every weekend lifting a 13,000 lbs Grady White and this lift has worked flawlessly. I've never had an issue. I called Richard because I wanted to replace the pulleys, sent him some pictures and he saw some things I didn't even notice that needed to be addressed as well and shared with me some good ideas on how to do it. Great company, great product. Chuck Taylor
