I received a package containing a ham, and the problem is that this is the second time I've received it with a hole through which the ham's fat is visible from outside the package. I complained, and they told me that the curing manager had reviewed the issue and that it didn't affect the ham's quality. After insisting, they agreed to resend the ham, and for the second time, they sent me the package with a hole, the ham sticking out and the fat exposed to the air, potentially leading to contamination. When I complained again, all they did was add a layer of black plastic wrap, which didn't improve the situation at all, as the box and paper wrapping tore again, leaving the fat exposed. It's surprising that a premium ham brand, when faced with a problem, only offers to improve the packaging by wrapping it in plastic wrap.

This is the third time I've bought raw products from them, and the quality is undeniable. Both the packaging and the freezing time are excellent. The price/quality ratio is fair.
