Definitely booking with delta from now on I didn’t know their customer service was top tier!!! Love those ladies! Thank you for helping my trip that much easier!!!!!
If you're flying out of Anchorage, don't choose Delta. They don't have enough flights and when there are delays, their customer service stinks. I spent 4 hours speaking to 4 different people (minus the robot at the beginning). All of them were nice, but they promised to help me with our delayed flights but couldn't. We got to the airport, still not knowing how or when we were going to get home. We'll be spending the night on the plane and getting home tomorrow. We Were supposed to get home tonight. Now we can't sit together as a family on the plane and will have no sleep tonight. The lady at the front desk could also learn to have some compassion. This was a horrible experience. Delta needs to do better.
Terrible experience. Over an hour long wait to check in. Confused staff telling me to go into wrong lines. No organization whatsoever.
