I had a great experience at the dentist today. I had two teeth filled and the whole process was very smooth and comfortable. The team were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, and made me feel at ease throughout the appointment. Everything was explained clearly and I felt very well looked after. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend them! 😊
I cannot fault the New Cross dental care centre. I have always left more than happy with my treatment. The reception staff are so friendly, Caring and attentive. My dentist Hannah is honestly thee best dentist I have had in my whole adult life. She is always there if I have an emergency. She always finds time and a way to see me and treat the issue. She is friendly and reassuring and always goes above and beyond. Best dentist I have been with.
First time visiting this practice and I was very impressed. Reception staff were friendly and I did not have to wait more than a few minutes before being called in for my appointment. I am a bit of a nervous patient and never like going to the dentist but the dentist Dr Hannah had a lovely bedside manner and did an excellent job at talking me through the process, putting me at ease. I didn't feel rushed and I genuinely appreciated Hannah's patience and attention to detail with my composite resin fillings. Thank you again to Hannah and the practice.
