The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and explained every step of the process in a way that was easy to understand. I left feeling confident that I was in excellent hands. Dr. Zahavi and his entire staff are the best! At 74 with a history of no dental work other than a couple of cavities, I cracked a molar root on a kernel of caramel popcorn and I was very upset that I needed an implant. My dentist recommended Dr. Zahavi and from the minute I stepped into his immaculate, organized, and beautifully decorated office, I received professional support, comfort, encouragement, and clear communication from the entire staff. I felt immediately at ease because in Dr. Zahavi's office you can see the patient comes first. I especially appreciated Dr. Zahavi taking the time to call me at home after the procedures to make sure I was doing well and to answer my questions. I don't want an implant done every day (and I'll never eat popcorn again!) but Dr. Zahavi's extraordinary surgical skills, kind demeanor, and wonderful sense of humor made my single implant a successful experience with rapid healing and recovery. Dr. Zahavi is a gifted dental surgeon and periodontist, a treasure in our community, and we are fortunate to have his practice in Rochester. My experience with Dental Implants & Periodontal Health has been excellent. I needed to have several dental surgeries and Dr. Zahavi made the experience that I was dreading and fearful of actually quite bearable! He is calm and explained everything very well. I really experienced very little pain or discomfort. His assistant Dea is also very good. The periodontal hygienist, Claudia Bly, is a very kind and gentle person and her cleaning technique is thorough and gentle. Actually all the staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this practice!
