I had an excellent experience with the Tata Motors service center. The entire servicing work was completed smoothly under warranty, and the team handled everything in a very professional and transparent manner. One of the most convenient parts of the service was the pickup and drop facility, which made the whole process completely hassle-free. The staff members were extremely polite, supportive specially @nilesh ohal, and always reachable to answer my queries. The service center is also located in a very accessible area, which adds to the overall convenience. I was especially impressed with how well they cleaned the car after servicing—it felt like receiving a brand-new vehicle. I had a very satisfying service experience at Dev (Devaki) Motors, Sus, Pune, for my Tata Nexon. My Service Adviser, Mr. Sagar Khanekar, was highly experienced, professional, and genuinely cooperative throughout the process. What impressed me the most was his transparency. He patiently explained every issue with the vehicle, consulted me before carrying out any additional work, and never recommended unnecessary repairs or replacements. He even took me into the workshop to show the actual issues and regularly shared photos and videos of the car before, during, and after the service. This level of communication gave me complete confidence that the work was being done honestly and professionally. I also appreciated his proactive approach in informing me about parts that might require attention in the future, helping me plan preventive maintenance instead of waiting for problems to arise. Another excellent feature was the dedicated WhatsApp group, which made communication quick and seamless. Just like the Tata cars, the service is 90% done, with 10% gaps. The staff and people are warm and well meaning, but they forget something or the other each time. It's been almost a year and a half that I was complaining about a bad gear knob, and it took at least 5 service visits before they actually changed it. In the latest service visit, they have misplaced the peg that supports the parcel tray, and the battery fasteners were not attached. It's like you pay a premium price for service and then do more hard work to confirm that your car is returned in proper condition or not. The service center just doesn't seem to do it in totality.
