I didn't receive my order from DEXITEX NL. No one answers my messages, and the one time they did, they offered no reassurance or guarantee. I ordered two sheets for my camper, and they never arrived. The sheets cost €175.93. I waited for over 30 days because there was supposedly a problem with the shipment. They never arrived. I contacted them, and they refuse to take responsibility. According to the shipping company, they never delivered the package; they only requested a pickup, but it never arrived. I don't recommend buying from them. I've attached photos of our conversations and how they stopped replying to my emails.
