We used DFW Royal Limo for multiple airport and stadium transfers over several days during a group trip to Dallas, and the experience was excellent. Our dedicated chauffeur, Mr. Hassan, was punctual, professional, and easy to reach throughout the entire stay. He tracked flights in real time and handled a few last-minute changes on our end with great flexibility. What stood out most was the communication, we always received clear updates before and after each transfer, and when a couple of unexpected situations came up on our guests’ side, the team was transparent and quick to keep us informed every step of the way. This guy is the best driver you could ask for. The car is clean, comfortable and the perfect black car service. The driver is kind, respectful and professional. He let us sing our favorite hits without cringing and had plenty for us to drink after singing our hearts out. I will definitely use him whenever in Dallas. Thank you for making our time amazing!

Hands down, had an amazing experience with our driver Syed! I used him about 8 times in just over a week since I no longer have a vehicle in DFW and I work out of state. He was always kind, on time-early actually, communicated well, and has a cooler or sodas and water each time. The brand new Escalade is exactly as you’d imagine. I can’t wait to come back in December and use them again
