Extremely disappointed with this school transport company. After working with them for two years, we experienced a price increase from AED 1,500 to AED 3,700 in just a few months, an increase that we found completely disproportionate and unjustified. As a customer, I expressed my dissatisfaction by leaving a negative review on Google. Instead of responding professionally or providing an explanation, the owner chose to send me rude and inappropriate WhatsApp messages. A company has every right to set its prices, but customers also have the right to share their opinions and experiences. Respect and professionalism should always be at the heart of any customer relationship. For our part, this experience has been very disappointing, and we will no longer use this company’s services.
