Very disappointed in Diamond Heating & Cooling! The technician determined we had a coolant leak in our hvac system. She then told me it could take up to several hours to find the leak and quoted me $795 to put a stop leak type substance in which carries NO guarantee. Next quote was $2400! $1500 ish to find leak and for 7 lbs of coolant another $800 ish! Called Western for a “ second look” free service call instead. Western guy found the leak in about 15 minutes! Needed to fill system with coolant then come back in a few days to make sure no more leaks. He quickly found another larger leak at the outside unit. Fixed it and replaced three other fittings that might have leaked later. Total bill was just under $600! For all the work he did plus adding more coolant I consider it a bargain! Western is the best, Diamond, not so much IMHO!

Cord gave me a fair estimate and explained everything well. Never did I feel he was upselling me, and Diamond's bid was thousands less for a similar setup than competitors. Then Robert and the crew did a great job replacing our old HVAC with the new, updated system. They work efficiently and cleanly in a small, quirky space common in older homes. It's only been one day, but everything is working fine and with a 10 year warranty+ I feel like choosing Diamond was the right choice.

The folks at Diamond did a fantastic job! They gave me reasonable HVAC replacement options, explained the processes thoroughly, and did the job very quickly and professionally. Cord was very kind and thorough with the explanation of options and went out of his way to make sure the house stayed a comfortable temperature. Steve and Robert installed the unit and were punctual, hard working, and explained the parts and processes well. They were all a pleasure to work with! I would recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs.
