Diamond Care have picked up my relative's case after his hospital discharge and are liaising with me now he is at home. The carer I have met is lovely. The app through which notes can be shared is very helpful, especially as I am 50 miles away.
Diamond have been an extremely responsive, supportive, and reliable care agency over many years. They've consistently provided continuity of care and have been particularly helpful in very specific and sometimes challenging circumstances. Whenever I have a question, request, or issue, I’ve always been able to contact the office and have it handled swiftly and professionally. They call or message me and deal with every aspect of what is often a very complex care package and needs. As I live some distance away from my relatives, their support has been particularly reassuring. They've managed emergency situations at all hours, heavy care needs, and arrangements with third parties with excellent coordination. The carers themselves are wonderful: always kind, always capable, and attentive. When your relatives have specific needs, it matters a lot to know they're in good hands, and Diamond provide exactly that reassurance - thank you!
