I took a very old pocket watch in, hoping they could fix it. Initially, the woman told me it would cost €100-150 and to be patient, as it could take about a month. Eventually, they quoted me €229, which I accepted because it had belonged to my grandfather and I was really excited to see it working again. I asked them to at least clean it for that price. After almost two months, I went to pick it up and saw they hadn't cleaned it. I told the woman that for the money I paid, they hadn't cleaned it. She said, "That's the factory's responsibility; there's nothing I can do." Of course, I knew she was going to pass the buck to the factory instead of offering a solution. I think the service is terrible, but I'm glad the watch works, I have to say.

I had bought my partner a watch for his 40th birthday and we needed to have the strap/bracelet shortened. The two ladies who served us were polite and friendly and it only took a couple of minutes and only cost a fiver. Beautiful shop well worth a visit.
