Where do I begin, absolutely incredible co-ordination from Sam running a well oiled machine. Vinod as a technical account manager has been has been phenomenal, always going above and beyond, I think he should get a raise personally. Even with issues unrelated he always shares his insight and knowledge, helping me with a very tricky Salesforce integration. Constantly dropping whatever he is doing to answer the phone, if you ask him a question about your account, it is never "I'll get back to you". You get your answers on the spot. I worked with a number of agencies over the years, been burnt by some, in legal battles with others. These guys are different.
