As someone who works at a school that Dolce provides the catering for I have to say their waste policy is disgusting. The (poorly paid) kitchen staff have recently been told they're not allowed to take home any leftover food as it amounts to theft. This has seen their food waste grow hugely so now rather than helping to feed hungry families in a cost of living crisis it all goes in the bin. I would like to think that maybe Dolce would reconsider their actions however judging by their 2.9 star Google rating it seems unlikely. I shall be trying to find a way to make this public so more people are aware of their practices. Unfortunately, like we've seen with the post office (amongst others) companies don't seem to care until they're publicly shamed into it.

Worst food produced by any catering company providing food for schools . Not very , just reheated or frozen stodge . I would not ever serve their food to a dog let alone to a child , I would recommend most have a home packed lunch other than this rubbish

We’ve been using Dolce at Kiveton Park Infant School for several years, and are really happy with the meals provided and the service we receive. The team are quick to deal with a queries or complaints we have, and are keen to work with us to make things right. The food is fresh and well cooked, and the children really enjoy it
