My wife had a knee replacement at the NEH & was transferred to the private due no beds available at NEH. She found the care to be substandard & was rudely told by night duty staff member that she would not be coming back to assisted her & she would have to get out of bed next time. She struggled through out the night till I arrived to help next morning. This went on for 4 days. She felt like uncared public patient.

I stayed here for a week and it was fantastic, the staff were always quick to come and to help, food was delicious, and the care was 100%. I would like to say thank you to the staff who were on last week. Hilary James.
