My wife had a knee replacement at the NEH & was transferred to the private due no beds available at NEH. She found the care to be substandard & was rudely told by night duty staff member that she would not be coming back to assisted her & she would have to get out of bed next time. She struggled through out the night till I arrived to help next morning. This went on for 4 days. She felt like uncared public patient.
I can't tell you how different this is to the public system. I was treated so well, guided through the procedure and what was going to happen. The surgeon Dr Matt Shears was brilliant. I was heard, my questions answered and the nursing staff and doctors were amazing. I can't recommend them highly enough. 10/10
