I have struggled with endometriosis symptoms for most of my adult life. For 20 years, I went from specialist to specialist, including gastroenterologists, endocrinologists, and gynecologists, enduring countless invasive procedures. I was repeatedly told I was medically "fine" and that my pain had no cause. Even a self-proclaimed (female) endometriosis specialist completely dismissed my concerns after an ultrasound.
Dr. Elias was the first doctor to truly listen and believe me. During my first visit, he performed a thorough examination and immediately ordered an MRI. A few weeks later, he successfully performed robotic surgery, removing all the endometriosis from my uterine wall and tubes.
My recovery has been surprisingly quick and easy. Just one week post-surgery, I already feel significantly better. My incisions are healing beautifully, and we are meeting in a couple of weeks to discuss a long-term preventive treatment plan.
