Not using AI chatbot to explain my experience here because it is something very personal and close to me hence AI cannot justify it. So, first of all to talk about this young lad Dr Nikhil wherein he is a total hidden gem who makes sure that he doesn't gives you false promises or puts you on meds so that you start feeling better in few days. He is someone who will spill out the truth no matter you like it or not but he will ensure that the right sort of treatment is given you from a holistic purpose. So talking about my journey wherein since last 2 years I was having constant muscle stiffness on my left upper trap and I didn't knew at all while it is getting stiff post evening. In order to get rid of it I had reached out to every big doctors here in Mira road be it a Ortho or Physio but all of them failed in nailing out the root cause. It has not been an easy journey to come this far where I felt pain almost every time after some sort of walking or travelling. By god's grace I came across Dr. Nikhil's clinic wherein from the very first session he had explained me the entire process for my muscle rehabilitation and there after almost 20 session I feel much better with no pain killers at all or muscle relaxant. I can say I haven't fully recovered but now I know the guidance he has given me and that Is what I'm following religiously to get rid of this muscle weakness. It's true that after 30s if you don't do strength training or any sort of exercise then there is going to be loss of muscle mass hence, I train every day and eating the right food is much more important here.
