Very worst service of this hospital. I was admit there for c section with private package they have charged me extra amount. They have mentioned in package that 2 days stay is in the package of 50,000 while discharge they have made huge amount of bills. When I told them about package that I have taken they denied to refund 2 days stay amount. My child was in NICU for just 5 hours my child was fit and fine then also they have charged me 4500 for that earlier they told me that they have charged me around 3500 so, that amount is also not justifying 5 hours of NICU without any support as my child was fit. Their nurses orders extra medicine and While I was in operation theatre there nurses steal medicine from room and kept in there almirah. When I asked them they denied they said that those medicines are already used in OT. You can check the package and my bills and now you may think twice before coming in this hospital Jhalkari bai hospital is far better than this for gynecological as I was not aware about that hospital earlier I regret to come here. Never trust this hospital ever. I repeat never.

My mother, who is around 70 years old, was injured after falling in the kitchen and hitting her head on a marble counter. I had a very good experience at Dr. OP Chaudhary Hospital. The staff is polite and helpful, and the overall environment is clean and comfortable. Dr. Om Prakash is very kind and listens carefully to all problems. He explains everything in a simple and clear way, which makes patients feel relaxed and confident. The treatment provided is effective and satisfactory. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for good care.
