I had my daughter’s iPhone screen repaired here with a protective screen installed on both her iPhone and mine. The sales representative sold me on an in-house screen protector that was the most durable with greatest longevity. Long story short, her screen cracked again from a simple drop and my screen is coming off of my device. When I went into the store to explore my options they said there was nothing they could do - even though it’s been well under a year since the repair and screen protector were installed. I have reached out via email with no response.

Felix did a great job replacing two batteries today on a iPhone 14 pro and 14 plus. I was on the fence on buying new phones, selling them or just getting them repaired. Stopped in to inquire about what battery they used and his personal experience with its battery life and got the job when Felix showed the properly boxed battery which certainly appeared better quality than the no name battery the Indian competitor at Micmac Mall used at the same installed price. Geebo has been sold to a national chain and unfortunately does not offer free charge port cleaning anymore. The new charge is $30 or 40$. That’s a shame , as out of appreciation, gave Geebo all my screen replacement business from my excavation company in the past. I hope the new owner realizes that if you give a little, you get a lot. That was the difference that made Geebo stand out against the competition/ skilled Indians. As a side note, a workhorse iPhone 11 also could have used a battery and a charge port but left untouched due to their price policy as not cost effective. Quoted 100$ for each repair to be done at the same time or different times, didn’t matter. As a retired tech, that didn’t make sense at all: opening the case ensuring no damage takes time to change the battery, then there should be a price discount on the second repair whether it is a screen or charge port replacement.
