Very bad experience with Dr. Bhalla. Patient history: Age 32 years, L4–L5 nerve compression and C4–C5 nerve compression in the shoulder. I searched on Google for the best orthopedic doctor, and it was suggested to you, but my experience was not good. On my second visit, he even asked me to give a rating and comment about my experience, which made me feel very awkward. But When we visited Dr. Bhalla for the first time, the experience was good. However, the issue is that he keeps calling us every 5 days and does not explain anything properly. Every 5 days, we have to visit, pay ₹1000, and that’s it. This is not practical—please understand this. One day, he prescribes medicine for infection, and then on the 5th day, he says to stop the medicine and start physiotherapy. This could have been clearly explained on the same day—that I should complete 5 days of infection medicine, then start physiotherapy for one week, and visit again after that. He mainly focuses on injections and operations only. I am not satisfied with his service
