I had a very negative experience with Dr. sonil shrivastava for my IUI treatment. The biggest issue was poor communication. The doctor seemed completely in her own zone during the consultation and did not listen to my concerns or queries. There was a complete lack of empathy shown, which made an already stressful fertility process even more difficult. I was not given any proper explanation about the medicines prescribed, their purpose, dosage, or side effects, and the entire IUI process was also not explained to me clearly. Most concerning was the lack of any evidence or documentation regarding the IUI procedure that was done. I did not receive any procedure notes, scan reports, or written instructions, and my requests for documentation were ignored. For a treatment like IUI, transparency and patient support are extremely important, and I felt both were missing here. I would not recommend this doctor for fertility treatment. Worst ever!!
