Drain Beast Septic and Plumbing -KentPROVerified business?

I had Drain Beast pump my septic system and install risers so that from now on it is easier to get to the tank. Devon & Justin had to do a lot of digging to locate the tank but they worked diligently and explained everything to me. Upon their recommendation I decided to have risers installed so that from now on there won’t have to be any deep digging and save on excavation charges. A few days later Harmon installed the risers. After he was done he smoothed out the dirt so that the area nice and level. I was thankful that he took the extra time to make the area around the risers look good. All 3 of the staff were very nice and helpful and it was a good experience working with them. Thank you

We had drain beast come out to pump our septic. We have an older septic and the knowledgeable employee was able to educate us on our septic. Provided pictures of the before and after of our septic. Provided recommendations to help maintain the old septic. No issue with upselling and no pressure. Appreciate the honest feedback on our system. Would def recommend this company! Thank you.

Been using their services since when they were called Drain Pro Plumbing. I've never had a bad service experience with them. Most recently had a leak underneath the kitchen sink. Papa and Harvier replaced the entire under sink pipe setup as well as putting in a new stub-out/rough-in from the wall. Thorough inspection and they were on their way. Easy scheduling. Easy communication. Would recommend. Will use again in the future.
