The English language doesn’t have enough praise words in it for me to use for this review! Starting with Seth and the inspection, he spent an hour and a half talking to me and showing me the problems the home had with bats and possible other critters. Then was willing to stay and seal up my home and install the one way bat tube before he left. I so appreciated that! A week later Riley came and installed the critter quard around the base of my home to keep out mice and small critters from entering. He was so nice and polite. Two weeks later Zack and Korban came to do the attic clean out, of course one of the first very hot days of summer! They ran into some issues right off. Apparently, there was blown in insulation over top of pink batted insulation and the pink batted insulation had guano on top of it too. This increased the work and time to remove into two very long full days. They finished it at 11:00 pm the second day, totally exhausted from the work and heat, but all the while staying professional & courteous. It was one of the worst jobs they’d ever done. It seems I had had bats for 15-20 years in my attic. I could not be happier with Drakes and their employees. Very impressed.

Had a big issue with raccoons trying to get into our attic. Drake's did a great job repairing damage and sealing the home. Also very good ongoing job in trapping & removing them. They do quality work. I highly recommend them for critter problems. Not inexpensive but well worth it to protect your home. AAA+++

From the start Janice was super helpful and Seth did a thorough job inspecting. Trevor and his teammate were kind and accommodating. Jared, the owner, even stopped by after the exclusion and answered all my questions. They were very thorough and kind through the whole process. Highly recommend for all your wildlife needs.
