Naturopath spoke for less than 2 mins and charged me full consultation fee. They didn’t check anything only spoke to me and then upsell many different vitamins. Not worth the price and lack of care. Place needed a good cleaning also
I am beyond frustrated with the 'sneaky' and predatory billing practices at this clinic. I booked an appointment for a chronic neck pain consultation, and at no point during the booking process or on their website was I told there was a $100 consultation fee. Their policy clearly states the $100 deposit is only for 'no-shows.'However, when I called to clarify, they admitted that if I chose not to go through with a procedure—even if that procedure ended up costing thousands of dollars—they would still keep my $100. This is essentially holding your money hostage to force you into paying for expensive treatments. It is a complete bait-and-switch. They are not transparent about their costs, and their staff couldn’t even point to where this 'policy' is written because it doesn't exist publicly. If you value your money and want a doctor who is honest about fees, go elsewhere. This place is a total waste of time and incredibly shady!
Thank you Dr. Ray, Naturalpath as I was in extreme pain when I showed up there...needless to say I am happy tonight with nerves under control and pain level now a 2-3 instead of a 9. Looking forward to a great sleep and a fab morning. I will be back! Taking pharmaceuticals is not a better choice to wellness.
