I booked my first Umrah with Dua Travels and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, everything was handled so smoothly and professionally. My agent, Abdul Hadi, was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. He took the time to understand all our needs and patiently guided us through every step of the journey. He wasn’t just an agent doing his job — he truly felt like a brother who personally cared about our concerns and was always there whenever we needed assistance. His dedication gave us so much peace of mind. They offer very good prices along with excellent service. The cab company they arranged was also A* — always punctual and professional with airport pickups and hotel transfers. Alhamdulillah, our journey was smooth and stress-free. InshaAllah, I will definitely book my next Umrah with them again. May Allah bless you and grant you all the ajr in this world and the next. Ameen! 🤲🏻

We booked our Umrah package as a couple with Dua Travels UK, and our experience was absolutely excellent from start to finish. Our agent, Abdul Hadi, ensured everything was smooth, comfortable, and well-managed throughout the journey. From the very beginning, Abdul Hadi made sure we faced no issues at all. The support team stayed in regular contact with us on a daily basis, checking in to make sure everything was going well and assisting us whenever needed. The transport arrangements were excellent—the driver was punctual, professional, and very cooperative. The hotels and overall services exceeded our expectations, and every detail was handled with great care. We are truly very thankful to Dua Travels UK, and especially to Abdul Hadi, for such outstanding service. If anyone is looking for a stress-free and reliable Umrah package, we highly recommend Dua Travels without any hesitation. We will definitely book with them again in the future and will confidently recommend them to others as well. JazakAllah Khair.

I had an outstanding experience booking my Umrah journey through Dua Travels. From the very beginning, the team was professional, patient, helpful, and extremely well organised. Our representative, brother Abdul Hadi made the entire booking process simple and stress-free, taking care of all the travel arrangements and keeping us informed at every stage. The attention to detail and customer service were exceptional. Everything was arranged smoothly, and the support we received (including regular contact whilst in Mecca and Medina) gave us great peace of mind throughout our journey. This included regular contact to ensure transits and travel for ziyarats were arranged on time, and at our convenience. Dua Travel genuinely cares about making the Umrah experience as safe, comfortable and memorable as possible. As a passenger with complex disabilities, brother Abdul Hadi showed genuine concern for my wellbeing, and was always on hand to answer questions, and provide support at very short notice. I am truly grateful for the excellent service, advice and support- I would highly recommend Dua Travels to anyone looking to book Umrah. The team made what can often feel like a complicated process straightforward, allowing us to focus on the spiritual purpose of our journey. A truly outstanding service from start to finish! Thank you and may Allah reward you.
