I would also like to express my concern regarding the assistance we have been receiving over the phone. On several occasions, your staff in Logistics Operations (Rajeena Y) has hung up/disconnected the call/line while I was still speaking and explaining my concern. I respectfully request that callers be allowed to finish explaining their concerns before the call is ended. In addition, whenever I call to ask for an update, I am repeatedly informed only that our case has been forwarded to the concerned department. While I understand that the matter may be under review, I would appreciate receiving more meaningful assistance. If there are any additional documents or information required from our side, your representative/staff should immediately inform and assist us for smooth processing rather than simply being told that the matter has been forwarded and did not follow up again so that she can be able to address my concerns during my follow ups. I suggest that not only 1 individual/staff should be put to receive phone calls in the Logistic Operations Department so that if the other staff doesn’t know how to do her work at least we have an option to raise our concern with another person so we are not to be left hanging on the line just so because she’s cannot able to handle her work in order to be able to minimize wasted time in communicating with her since the output is still unprogressive. Please train your staff to be professional at all times especially you are dealing with businesses here in Dubai.
